Throughout its five-day run, The Big Four will offer a prix fixe menu featuring wild game, such as boar, elk and quail, alongside curated wine offerings and specialty cocktails inspired by the American West and California’s pioneering heritage.

For guests seeking our signature a la carte dinner menu, we will have a limited selection of a la carte and Wild Game Week dishes available at our bar and lounge across the selected dates. Our daytime a la carte offerings will remain available throughout the week.
